Missing Peanut Butter Crackers Peanut Butter
Dear Keebler Consumer Relations,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with one of your productsspecifically, your peanut butter sandwich crackers. I have been a longtime fan of Keebler snacks, and your peanut butter crackers have always been a go-to treat for me.
However, during my most recent purchase, I encountered a rather unexpected (and unfortunate) surprise.
To my dismay, several of the crackers in the package were completely missing the peanut butter filling. As you can imagine, this made for a very dry and less-than-enjoyable snacking experience. It was as if the elves had taken a day off from the peanut butter line!
Im sure this was an unintentional quality control issue, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I wanted to bring it to your attention in the hopes that steps can be taken to ensure this doesnt happen againfor myself or other loyal customers.

I would appreciate any replacement or coupon you may be willing to offer, and more importantly, your assurance that Keebler continues to maintain the high quality we've come to expect.

Opened the Vienna fingers and short one or two. Not a huge deal but having also bought the cranberry pecan sandies and one cookie being half whilst not finding the other half anywhere in packaging is mind blowing.
Never seen this before. Don't trust them now

I want to know how Keebler snacks can still be sold on the market. I ate the snack stacks and immediately started feeling sick to my stomach, experiencing stomach pain and nausea.
Well, I decided to look up the ingredients on the YUKA app and what do you know? There are three high-risk additives that can cause serious problems!
They are TBHQ, monocalcium phosphate, and disodium diphosphate. So, I am pissed and I will be suing them.

Why did the company change the recipe for Vienna Fingers? There is more filling that is way too sweet and the cookie tastes so bland.
I had to remove the crème from the cookie but the taste was worse because it had a bland flavor. Bring back the original recipe and flavor!

Change in Vienna fingers recipe
I hate the new Vienna fingers frosting. For years it went unchanged and now tastes thin and oily.
It no longer affords me the mouth feel I had come to expect. Take the new frosting and shove it!

At one time, in my opinion, you made the best chocolate chip cookies. I just had a pack of Sandies shortbread.
They are downright troublesome.
I also had the chocolate fudge cookies, same thing, awful. I don't know what has happened to them, but you should go back to the original recipe.

Pecan Sandies in were stale. Mfg. web side was unusable, and phone number didn’t work.
Stale cookies. Web site phone number didnt work.
Customer service web page didnt work. Required several fields, but they would not accept input.

Keebler Cookie Complaint
Hello,
I purchased Vienna Fingers today and half of the cookies are only half-filled. Is this shrinkflation? Charging more and using less filling? There is literally a drop of filling in these cookies. The filling doesn't even cover the cookie from side to side. I took pictures. It's such a disappointment. Do better, Keebler.

Recent purchase of Vienna Fingers....The cookies are much sweeter and the flavor isn't the same as what I recall. I recognize this immediately upon the taste.
The significance of this expressed concern is that many adults in my family have agreed when this has been the topic discussed.
Likely, Keebler made this decision to make Vienna Fingers too SWEET of a cookie, in my opinion, for profit. Know, myself and the Adults in my family finds Keebler's decision as un warranted and distasteful.
So, no more purchases for my family...The original recipe...led to the child call Vienna Fingers..the older people cookies. Good luck Keebler...Wishing you hadn't changed the recipe...

Seven missing cookies
I bought two packages of Keebler Chips Deluxe Soft Batch cookies. The first package was fine.
A few minutes ago I opened the 2nd pack and seven cookies were not in the middle section. I live alone so no one here ate them.

I bought a large package of Pecan Sandies last week and they were inedible. They were so hard that I couldn't bite or break them.
I finally managed to get a piece off, and it tasted like it had double the amount of flour. I checked a smaller bag this week and they were just as hard. Neither was anywhere near the expiration date. I used to love them, but not anymore.

Vienna Finger Cooked taste Different
Stop changing recipes that are good Vienna finger were good Now they are terrible.Why do companys that have a good thing change it .I will never purchase these again unless they bring back the old recipe. No Longer am I a fan of these cookies .For the Love of hid stop changing stuff please.
